The 1:10 scale R/C car will do the most adorable 4-wheel burnouts

Ken Block's Hoonicorn Ford Mustang is one of the most recognizable custom builds on the internet today. That's due in no small part to its starring role in Block's Gymkhana 7 video in which the Hoonicorn shreds through the streets of Los Angeles.

In case you didn't know, the Hoonicorn is equipped with gloriously over-powered twin-turbo V-8 engine that's stuffed into an all-wheel-drive chassis and wrapped up with a classic 1965 Ford Mustang body. With specs like that, just about anyone who enjoys driving would probably want a Hoonicorn for themselves. However, that thing isn't exactly street legal or cheap. We don't officially know how much cash Block spent to build the Hoonicorn, but we're pretty sure the entire staff would have to collectively sell our kidneys just to make a dent.

Since we're all pretty attached to our kidneys (see what we did there?), we are pretty relieved to learn that there is an easier and cheaper way to get our very own Hoonicorn. Team Associated has announced that it partnered with Hoonigan and Ken Block to produce and sell a 1:10 scale Hoonicorn R/C car.

Built on Team Associated's "Apex2" chassis the scale R/C car is equipped with an all-wheel-drive system just like the real thing. To put all the power down from its tiny 15-turn, 3-slot electric motor, the Hoonicorn R/C uses metal ring and pinion gears for durability.

The R/C car also features front and rear independent suspension with oil-filled shocks to soak up the terrain while executing drifts, donuts and the most metal pirouettes you've ever seen.

To look the part, the R/C car features an officially licensed 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn body complete with plastic molded turbochargers, intake manifold, exhaust pipes, rear spoiler, and diffuser.

The exterior is finished off with a set of miniature American Racing VF503 wheels wrapped with "high-grip" radial tires because, why not?

If you want to pick up a miniature Hoonicorn for yourself, it will set you back about $400 for the base kit or $460 for a bundle that includes a LiPo battery and charger. If we get one, be on the look out for a "GYMKHANA: Parking Lot" short film from the MotorTrend video crew (okay, that probably won't happen).
