It will be the centerpiece of Sotheby's Luxury Week and might bring in two million dollars.

The white 25th Anniversary Lamborghini Countach in The Wolf of Wall Street represents Jordan Belfort's opulent way of life. Two automobiles were utilized in the film, with one allegedly coming to a sad end. Now the undamaged one, which is thought to be worth more than two million dollars, will be put up for auction during RM Sotheby's Luxury Week.

The 25th Anniversary Countach was manufactured by Lamborghini in around 650 pieces, 23 of which were completed in Bianco Polo to resemble the movie's automobile. The design changes were made by Horacio Pagani, who subsequently created Pagani Automobili. They included new front and back bumpers as well as air intakes behind the doors. Although several people criticized the look, with many critics claiming that it was influenced by the Ferrari Testarossa, no one could fault the performance. With a peak speed of 300 kph and a 4.7-second 0-100 kph time, it is perhaps the quickest iteration of the original Countach.

In a pivotal sequence in Leonardo DiCaprio's The Wolf of Wall Street, Jordan Belfort, who is visibly inebriated, crawls to the Lamborghini Countach and uses his foot to unlock the passenger door. Before the police can take him into custody, he wrecks the automobile by hitting parked cars, street signs, and a golf cart.

Many theories have been put out regarding the crashed Countach. According to the most widely accepted version of events, Martin Scorsese, who co-produced and directed the film, insisted on utilizing a genuine Lamborghini Countach because he was dissatisfied with how a fake one appeared. Whether the destroyed vehicle is a genuine 25th Anniversary Countach or a different vehicle that has been altered to seem like a 25th Anniversary model is up for contention.

Chassis KLA12722, the undamaged vehicle, will be prominently displayed at the RM Sotheby's Auction in New York in December. The white Countach is probably well-known as a result of its leading role in the film, or, as Sotheby's describes it, "An iconic example that intertwines the legacies of Lamborghini and Hollywood and serves as an emblem to multiple generations."
