New painting methods may be displayed by the brand's customisation section with the McLaren 750S Spectrum Theme by MSO. In this instance, the supercar's sides have blue waves on the body. This color option's price was not disclosed by the business.
Seven different paint colors are used in the Spectrum Theme to paint stripes on the body of the automobile that form a gradient. McLaren plans to provide orange and gray variations of this appearance in addition to the blue colors. To create the color shift, the firm must create new paints that combine light and dark tones.
MSO also offers the underside of the rear wing in a contrasting color to offset the hues on the body.
"The Spectrum Theme pushes what McLaren can achieve to new heights. To guarantee that the lines of the Spectrum are perfectly sympathetic to the surface of the 750S's spectacular bodywork, a great deal of care and accuracy are needed, according to McLaren Special Operations Director Michael McDonagh.
As the 720S's replacement, the 750S made its debut in April 2023. It has a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 800Nm of torque and 740 horsepower. The power is sent to the back wheels using a seven-speed gearbox.
The 750S coupe and convertible can achieve 100 kph in 2.7 seconds thanks to its configuration. The open-roof version is little slower than the hardtop model, reaching 200 kph in 7.3 seconds. The max speed of both is 330 kph.
Alcantara upholstery is a standard feature in the 750S's interior. An alternative is nappa leather. The seats are made of carbon fiber and weigh 18Kilograms less than the 720S chairs.
