A Tribute to the Ultimate Car Colour

Gray cars. Usually, they’re the automotive equivalent of stale toast. But then there’s Nardo Gray—the one shade that Audi nailed so perfectly it’s become an icon. Now, Audi’s bringing that legendary hue to the S6 and S7 with the Nardo Sport Edition, and it’s anything but dull.

New for 2025, the Nardo Sport Edition drapes these sleek sedans in Audi’s unmistakable shade of gray. But it doesn’t stop there. To dial up the aggression, Audi’s added gloss black 53-centimetre wheels, a black roof, carbon fibre mirror housings, and smoked headlights that give the cars a properly menacing look. Black badges complete the stealthy vibe, though there’s a dash of red still peeking through on the S emblems—just enough to remind you this is a serious piece of kit.

Inside, the Nardo Sport Edition keeps the vibe dark and moody but with a touch of fiery red. Special leather seats feature bold red stitching, an embossed S logo, and a striking quilt pattern on the inserts. Red stitching also finds its way onto the dash, centre console, steering wheel, doors, and floormats, making the cabin feel as special as the exterior. The S7 even gets a Black Dinamica headliner, adding a touch more luxury to the mix.

But let’s be clear—this package is all about looks. Under the bonnet, you’ll find the same 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 mild hybrid that pumps out 327 kW to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic gearbox. It’s quick, sure, but this isn’t about numbers; it’s about making a statement.

Audi hasn’t skimped on tech, either. The 2025 S6 and S7 models come loaded with available adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, and a host of driver assistance systems. Because while these cars look fast just standing still, they’re also smart enough to keep you out of trouble on the daily grind.

In the world of endless grayscale, the Nardo Sport Edition isn’t just another gray car—it’s a badge of honour for those who get it.
